RAG, aka Retrieval Augmented Generation, is probably one of the most popular topic around GenAI. On October 20th, 2023, David O’Dell posted a great blog on Dell Infohub about RAG and how to use internal custom datasets to augment an LLM with domain or organization specific knowledge.
Because of the breadth of this topic, we had to split it into 2 videos. The first one is about why the need for RAG and what is it.
The second is about a deep dive into the components of RAG and show RAG in action.
